For a client of ours in the high tech industry, we are looking for a senior Parts Quality with proven Project leader experience.

Job Mission

Coordinates the issue resolution process from reported parts problem till solution within a technical competency on a operational level

Logistical, gets the parts at analyses locations

Information, gets the necessary information for issue res.

Analyses problems or rootcauses within a competency

Develops and implements improved Issue resolution flow.

Job Description

Manages technical complexities on own functional areas within scope of influence

Obtains some autonomy within own area of expertise, works independently. Issues are discussed with team, Project Leader, Team Leader, Group leader or Manager Is aware of the timelines of the project

Is able to balance a number of tasks.

Delivery within project planning is responsibility of Project Leader, Team Leader, Group leader or Manager

Manages some technical uncertainties within own scope of influence and expertise.

Supported by Project Leader, Team Leader, Group leader or Manager

Has in-depth knowledge of own tasks within own area of expertise.

Conducts multi disciplinary tasks

Understands problems related to own tasks.

Looks at problems from different angles and proposes different solutions to choose from Links concepts and approaches from different fields to enrich own approach

Manages some degree of technical/organizational uncertainties

Executes specific work/task with clear set of requirements

Delivers results on time including reporting

Contributes to group or team goals to ensure product and process quality complying with customer perception

Has specific knowledge from Semiconductor or heavy machine industry and knowledge of and be able to execute steps within improvement system

Education

Bachelors or Masters in Science/Engineering

Experience

3-8 Years of strong experience in Quality Engineering/Supply Chain or the likes.

Personal skills

Good Communication Skills, Should be able to coach team members, must be result oriented
