Partner Technical Advisor (PTA)

PARTNER TECHNICAL ADVISOR (PTA), MICROSOFT, WINDOWS, EMBEDDED PLATFORMS AND FRENCH SPEAKER

eCRM Euro are looking for a Partner Technical Advisor (PTA) to engage with and support Microsoft's key Intelligent Systems partners. The PTA should be comfortable with the architectural landscape of the Microsoft Windows and Windows Embedded platform, as well as vertical industry specific integration. The individual should also be comfortable leading architectural discussions on how Windows Embedded products integrate and are supported by the broader Microsoft stack and the Intelligent Systems solution components.

The PTA will focus on Microsoft's top Intelligent Systems partners by helping them develop and bring to market key solutions and collateral by overcoming technical blockers and hurdles. The PTA will also help scale Microsoft's Intelligent Systems messaging and collateral to the broader ISV and SI Intelligent Systems community.

NECESSARY SKILLS:
Strong focus on the Microsoft partner ecosystem
Extensive architectural experience (7+ years) with the Microsoft Windows Platform and Intelligent Systems solutions
Solid understanding of industry solutions with a focus on retail, financial services, manufacturing or healthcare
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
BA/BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The PTA will spend 80% of the time focused on the following activities with named ISVs and SIs:
Educate named partners on Microsoft Intelligent Systems and Windows Embedded Technologies
Help named ISV and SIs envision, architecture, wireframe, build and bring to market Microsoft Intelligent Systems solutions and assets
Develop a solid pipeline of Intelligent Systems assets, proof of concepts, and projects
Attach and land partner solutions that will result in enterprise lighthouse wins
The PTA will spend 20% of the time focused on the following community activities:
Educate and build Intelligent Systems awareness across the WEB partner community
Assist with partner Intelligent Systems questions

Must be willing and able to provide exceptional customer service, including direct interfacing with clients
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Must enjoy a dynamic work environment
Good multitasking and priority management skills
Demonstrated troubleshooting, problem solving and analytical skills
