This is a great opportunity to work for a large well known company Our Client is looking for a telephonist to answer incoming calls, direct callers to the appropriate person or department, take telephone numbers and connect outgoing calls.
The Telephonist/Switchboard operator will have a clear telephone voice. You will also need a good standard of English and computer skills. Call handling experience is essential
Shift patterns will be 5 days a week, 4 hours per day, rotating from 2-6pm and 4-8pm with 2 weekends (Saturday or Sunday) every 3 weeks.
This role is to start at the beginning of June and will pay between £7-£8 per hour (PAYE) or £9-10 per hour (Ltd/Umbrella).
