PART TIME INFORMATION DEVELOPER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in CAMBRIDGE, MA.

- Editing or Tech Writing

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Work closely with a team focused on Customer and Internal Development
- Learn software product line and CLM (Customer Learning Management) tool
- Update training materials in the interactive web portal to stay in line with software product changes and updates
- Read internal and external questions regarding products, answer questions, and update interactive portal accordingly to reflect best practices
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing when there are new releases
- Assist the team with internal CoE projects

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Tech savvy
- Exceptional willingness to learn new software products
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to edit and write
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to interact with internal and external customers
- SAP Sourcing/CLM implementation experience is a plus
- Tech Writing (software manuals) or QA background is a plus
