Part-Time CRM System Administrator (Telecommute Option)

PART TIME CRM SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR (TELECOMMUTE OPTION)

Atlanta industry leader with a proud 100+ year history is seeking a part time CRM System Administrator to join the 10 member IT internal applications team. In this 9 month+ part time (24 hours per week) contract position, you will assist the lead SalesLogix CRM administrator with a wide array of CRM admin responsibilities (primarily from a functional perspective).

Specifically, you will work closely with internal business clients to analyze and troubleshoot functional and technical issues occurring in the SalesLogix system. This is mostly functionality fixes or light enhancements, but could require SQL database querying whether using a simple graphical query builder or simple SQL statements. 

When SalesLogix needs an upgrades or a new implementation, you and the Lead CRM analyst will serve as the liaisons between the internal business users and the external technical CRM partner. You will create functional specs to help the technical team design, build, and configure the system to suit the business needs. You will also be responsible for testing enhancements before the go live to the business users.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

- 2-4+ Years of CRM System Administration Support (SalesLogix would be a home-run, but any similar CRM system would suffice: Salesforce, Dynamics, SAP CRM, etc).
- SQL Query Experience (any database)
- Superb Communication/Interpersonal/Documentation Skills
- Experience Training Users/Super Users
