SUMMARY

- Internal Audit administers an annual Conflict of Interest Disclosure Questionnaire to a select group of leaders across the firm.
- Recipients are required to provide information regarding internal business practices, outside business interests, and known or suspected non-compliance with key corporate policies. This information is then used to identify and evaluate any potential conflicts of interest, as well as potential regulatory or policy issues.
- The 12-part questionnaire is administered to approximately 6,500 recipients through the salesforce.com platform.
- The temporary resource will primarily be responsible for reviewing and evaluating disclosure responses within the salesforce.com tool to identify potential conflicts of interest for additional consideration and management reporting.

SKILLS:

- Well-organized and analytical; strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as Web-based applications
- Experience with salesforce.com a plus
- Compliance background a plus
