Packet Core Expert

- At least 4-5 years' experience in telecom, particularly in relevant domain areas of Ericsson Packet Core/GPRS.
- Preventive, corrective maintenance & 2nd line intervention of Packet Core domain network elements including Ericsson SGSN-MME, GGSN-EPG-SSR/M320, AAA, DNS and SAPC
- Expert on Ericsson EPG-SSR/M SACC, rules spaces/header rules, rule sets/Rating groups, and hands on troubleshoot experience for all EPC nodes along with Gy and Gx interfaces.
- Configuration management and troubleshoot for all Ericsson PS Core nodes ie EPG-SSR/M, SGSN-MMEs, SAPC, DNS and AAA.
- Planned Maintenance (Health Checks, Backups etc ).
- Performance Analysis & Investigation of Ericsson EPC/PS Core nodes.
- Interface with Customer, Ericsson Competence domains.
- Ensure smooth and quality system/service handover from Project.
- Outage reporting & performance reporting on 3PP Support activities.
- Ensure availability of Packet Core nodes in case of onsite emergencies.
- Enforce and ensure adherence to Change Management processes and procedures in all support processes.
- User acceptance testing on new solutions. 
- Multi-vendor Verification testing.
- Collaborate with other support group(s) in customer network for problem resolutions such as IS (Information Services) and Switching.
- Involve in the roll-out of all equipment, services and products.
- Problem Escalations and Follow-ups (CSR).
