SUMMARY

- Both setting up the line (mechanically) and doing paper work.
- After setting up the line, colleague will be working on the line.
- Attention to Details is very important to reduce paper work error.
- Packaging Technician Assistant works in a complex integrated computerized manufacturing environment.
- The individual will ensure all tasks are performed in accordance with applicable safety guidelines, as well as appropriate processing standards, such as FDA's current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
- The technician will be required to set-up, operate, change-over, maintain, troubleshoot and make some minor repairs on complex packaging equipment.
- The technician will monitor, evaluate and adjust processes or packaging equipment to maximize quality and efficiency.
- The technician will be responsible for completion of batch records and associated documentation.
- The technician will need to effectively communicate with other line colleagues and support personnel.
- General machine operation and basic troubleshooting of machines.
- Will breaking down and setting up equipment as needed.

- Certificate or 2 year degree in mechanical background
- Communicate well with colleagues on the team and management.
- Skilled with the computer to make entries for tracking purposes.
