Should have good experience in design, development and testing of ABPP (Agile Business Process Platform) workflows Experience of working on ABPP for retail as well as manufacturing. 3-4 years of solid Java/J2EE coding experience, Enterprise application development experience using Core Java/J2EE Experience in client side development using XHTML, CSS, JavaScript and AJAX.
Experience in XML and Web Services is a plus Ability to learn and work with new frameworks Experience in software development life cycle Experience with agile methodology is a plus Experience in any SCM Product development will be an added advantage Excellent problem solving, analytical skills and technical troubleshooting skills is a must
