PA to Four Directors (12 Month Maternity Cover)

TalkTalk Group are currently looking for a Team PA to work within our impressive offices in Shepherds Bush, London. This is a fantastic opportunity to  join TalkTalk in a high profile busy role on a long term 12 month contract.

As a Team PA within TalkTalk Group you will support four Directors within our Finance function in all aspects of PA duties and general office administration to ensure they are working as effectively as possible with the appropriate support and tools required.

Key responsibilities include diary, meeting and travel management, collation of reports and presentations; office management and adhoc project work as and when required.

To be considered for this role you will have experience in a similar PA role and have strong MS Office skills. A positive can do' attitude is essential as is the ability to work and impress across all levels of the business as you will be working alongside the senior management team.
