Our client, a Multinational FTSE 100 Organisation is presently seeking a P2P Manager to join their Swindon based team.

P2P Manager Description:

- Manage and lead a virtual team to implement P2P standardisation in the Lubricants business
- Ensure project plans, governance & reporting is in place to manage progress, risks and issues.
- Create and manage transition from Projects to Operations/Business as Usual
- Ensure cross functional communication is in place
- Scope covers direct & indirect purchases across all Lubricants businesses and functions

P2P Manager Experience:

- ability to manage complex project with multiple stakeholders
- good understanding of end to end P2P
- clear understanding of implementing a complex change programme
- experience of working in large complex Matrix organisations
- experience of implement a business transformation enabled by SAP (ERP)
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
- Ability to work with a diverse stakeholder group
