P2P Business Analyst - Finance Transformation - Asset Management

My client is currently undertaking a global finance transformation programme and now seek to appoint a P2P Business Analyst to lead the global finance process and business change work streams and to evaluate, select and deploy out a new Accounts Payable solution which incorporates profitability and cost management PCM solution. This newly created role will focus on the delivery of best practice principals around the end to end P2P processes/controls for this leading Investment/Asset Management organisation which forms part of their overall finance target operating model and which will aid them to become more streamlined, efficient and reduce costs. The incumbent will be responsible for the delivery of the business requirements on the project; Supplier master data cleansing, Chart of Accounts rationalisation, confirmation of approval limits, user documentation, Accounts Payable team organisation structure and roles and responsibilities. You should be able to evidence strong Business Analysis experience including requirements gathering, as-is/to-be process definition and capture/documentation and Gap analysis. You will need to have exceptional stakeholder management, gravitas and business acumen as the role will be responsible for leading steering committees with Senior Manager/Director level along with leading finance governance workshops. The successful candidate will have a strong finance background (ACCA, ACA, CIMA Qualified) and have moved into strategic P2P/Finance Change based projects around P2P/AP Technology where they have delivered finance process improvement and finance re engineering strategies. Strong Business Analysis experience and P2P roles within the Asset/Investment Management sector are a prerequisite.
