Outsource Supplier Manager, Financial Services, 3-6 Month Contract, Su

Panoramic Associates are currently assisting one of our General Insurance clients in finding an interim Outsource Supplier Manager. The primary purpose of the role is to develop and deliver positive and effective relationships with the businesses main distributor and other outsourced agreement providers. 

The successful Outsourced Services Specialist is to ensure these relationships are managed effectively and deliver services that meet the commercial needs of the business including claims, legal services, ancillary services and business continuity/disaster recovery.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Producing and reviewing outsourcing management information metrics in accordance with agreed schedules
- Monitoring and reviewing outsourced contract performance
- Building and maintaining positive and effective relationships with distributor and the outsourced agreement provider
- Working with the Supplier and Procurement Specialist to ensure the team's risk control plan and risk log is maintained and is up-to date

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience working in a commercial contract management environment, ideally in a highly regulated organisation (Financial Services - Insurance, Banking etc.)
- Experience of working in an outsourced services delivery function
- Able to monitor and evaluate service delivery levels and effectively resolve issues and complaints
- Excellent customer services skills
- Ability to prepare management information reports and experience of analysing/interpreting data
