-Practical experience in Health Economics/ Outcomes Research
-Good understanding of and customer needs for Outcome Research data
-to plan, design multi-national studies and implement models and programmes.
-to collate, analyse and report on data from such studies to contribute to the evidence base available for products
-to provide and present OR technical information,
-to advice and training to all relevant colleagues and to external customers.
-Enhance 's image in the market place.
