My client, A leading Financial giant, is currently looking to recruit for an experience Outbound Sales Advisor, based in Uxbridge.

To deliver the performance and expected behaviours of an outbound Sales agent includes all aspects of the day to day, and involvement in the improvement of, delivering revenue from converting leads on unit sales, collecting subscription payments and obtaining appointments for the field based team, in line with business financial targets

Typical duties will include:
To handle outbound calls and appointment setting to agree volumes, increasing revenue by the delivery of sales targets set out in the business objectives.
Maximise the ratio of sales to calls to achieve the best possible conversion rate.
Participate in the delivery of new products, projects and sales initiatives where relevant.

You will essentially have a sales orientated background, where KPI's and targets would be met on a consistent basis. You will possess an enthusiastic and energetic approach to work and establish and maintain professional relationships with all internal and external customers.
