OSS Solution Design/Pre-Sales

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Detail the pre-sale solution, and carries on the technological exchange and communication with the customers, make out HLD, ensure the OSS solution realized;
- Carding network operation processes, make out the feasible TO-BE IT processes.
- Analysis network operation scenarios, make out the UAT Script;
- Collect network operation requirements, responsible for requirements review, and end to end trace the requirements;
- Support OSS pre-sale, and responsible for reviewing pre-sale proposal.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 10 years working experience in telecom or IT or related field, At least 6 years OSS experience;
- Familiar with industry OSS products, familiar OSS solution, and at least one time to lead a OSS solution design;
- Understand carrier operation, familiar with eTOM, ITIL etc;
- Fluent English, can communicate with customers;
- High industry relationship and impact
