OSS Solution Architect (Network Assurance)

OSS architect for Network Assurance urgently required to start immediately.

Skills required:
*Customer centric and solution oriented Telecom OSS architect.
*Domain certifications - eTOM, TMForum, TOGAF, ITIL - would be an added advantage.
*Use of architecture and modelling tools - such as EA, MS Visio, BPMN2.0 workflows etc.
*Must possess experience working with customers/vendors as well as demonstrate a good understanding of the Telecom Fixed-line product portfolio and OSS principles, processes, technology and application engineering.
*Strong knowledge of e2e journeys and processes in service and network assurance domain.
*Understand Telco vision and roadmap and deliver architecture and design solutions for the same.

MUST:
*8 - 14 years of strong experience in Telco OSS domain (Fixed networks) with at least 4-5 years leading and designing ITIL-compliant service management workflows in one or more engagements.
*Sound knowledge of Telecom networking and telecommunication technologies - POTS, BB, IP, Ethernet and Fiber.
*Hands-on experience in implementation of Incident, change and problem management solutions.
*Demonstrate very good understanding of E2E business and NOC requirements in the assurance domain, including SLA integration into the workflow designs.
*Part of complex OSS Transformation/IT Simplification program for Telco of (lead) Solution Architects.

*Ability to quickly comprehend telco's OSS roadmap and strategy as well as risks.
*Represent the business; plan and engage in workshops with client's Enterprise Architects, product vendors and 3rd party SMEs finalizing Business Use Cases and solutions, thereof.
*Validate all the Non Functional requirements and provide inputs to the applications team on sizing.
*Demonstrate problem solving, solution expertise, consultative 'questioning' and active listening skills
*Good communication and presentation skills.
*Support delivery and program management with estimations and planning.
*Collaborate with and lead technical experts to develop detailed specifications.
*Recognize team members' roles, responsibilities, strengths and weaknesses in order to improve and optimize virtual team effectiveness
