OSS (Service Assurance/Service Fulfillment) Test Lead/Engineer

OSS (SERVICE ASSURANCE/SERVICE FULFILLMENT) TEST LEAD/ENGINEER
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years with experience in Service Assurance/Service Fulfillment
- Demonstrated Test Lead experience.
- Experience in CRM Implementation. [Preferably Siebel]
- Experience in E2E Testing with Webservices.
- Experience in E2E Testing with Provisioning in the Network Elements.[IN,VAS and Core system elements]
- Detailed knowledge about network OSS systems like HP Open view, Netcool, etc.
- Must have good working knowledge of relational databases like Oracle and SQL Server and must be able to create and execute complex queries to validate test results independently.
- Experience in complex integration and transformation Projects in Telco Domain.
- Well versed with Test Management and Defect Tracking tools.
- Ability to efficiently manage relationships with key project staff and stake holders.
- The position requires good talent to communicate about problems and solutions from the business level and technical level.
A comprehensive understanding and working knowledge of testing methodologies.
- Test Planning and test case Design.
- Status reporting

- Experience in Billing & Collection Implementation. [Preferably Amdocs]
- Experience Usage Rating and Invoicing.
- Experience in Payments and General Ledger Interfaces.
- Experience in complex integration and transformation Projects in Telco Domain.
- Well versed with Test Management and Defect Tracking tools.
- Must have good working knowledge of relational databases like Oracle and SQL Server and must be able to create and execute complex queries to validate test results independently.
- The position requires good talent to communicate about problems and solutions from the business level and technical level.
- A comprehensive understanding and working knowledge of testing methodologies.

- 2 to 5+ years of IT exposure and 3+ years in Data Centric Testing area
- Good overview of ETL/Datawarehouse Testing (with exposure to any of the ETL tools like Informatica, Datastage, Ab-initio, SSIS)
- Awareness of Data Modeling concepts
- Should've led a testing team for ETL/Migration/BI reports testing (Business Objects, Cognos etc)
- Good Communication/Client Interaction skills
- Good hands on exposure to SQL
- Good exposure to Test metrics for Data Centric Testing
- Test Approach Planning for (one or more areas below) below areas :
o Data Migration
o ETL (Extraction Transformation Loading)
o BI Reporting (Business Intelligence Reporting)
o Data Migration Testing
o MDM Testing (Master Data Management)
o TDM (Test Data Management)
