JOB ROLE: OSS CONSULTANT/BUSINESS ANALYST
LOCATION: DENHAAG, NL
JOB TYPE: CONTRACT

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Skills required:
Strong knowledge of OSS systems in Telco environment, Solution Design, Business Analysis and Requirement management
Implementation experience in one of the COTS packages in the Collections-Payments and Debt Management area preferably FICO Debt Manager V7/8/9.

MUST:
8+ years of strong Business Analysis experience with functional knowledge on large Telco environment.
Experience in customer facing roles, good communication and ability to work independently
Experience in working Agile projects

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Liaise between Business stakeholders and IT teams in understanding business requirement, translating Business requirement to IT requirement
Understanding customer strategic IT landscape and provide solutions to achieve simplification of IT stack
Ability to provide solutions (business analysis coupled with technical architecture skills), understanding the architecture contribute to high level designs, Datamodelling, project management, business analysis, technical analysis and team leading skills
Analysis of Legacy application stack and providing solutions to rationalize redundant applications
Interact with Enterprise Architects and contribute to customer's strategic objectives
Create detailed Business case provide view of CAPEX, OPEX and ROI
Help the customer in understanding the business value of the business requirements and facilitate in the prioritization
Act as consultant and propose alternatives that provide more or similar business solutions to achieve cost reductions and increasing business benefits
Understanding of Business process, actively thinking with customers about business strategies and next steps
Signalling the needs of the customers and translating these into projects
