OSS (BSS) Systems Analyst French Speaking Belgium Contract

Hi there, I'm looking for BA's within TELECOMS OSS Team.

FRENCH speaking is a MUST and the contract can be for 12 months to 2 years in Belgium.

Change of OSS system. And interface migrations. Big transformation project.

I need 3 people. Interviews can be ASAP, start can be within 1-2 months so no rush but interview ASAP.

Your job is to analyse the AS-IS (there is a lack of documentation so you need to collect, talk to business teams and translate to IT) You need to interview business application owners. Review documentation. High and low level. High is look at flux systems. Low is data models (identify objects to migrate)

Then Work on Design also high and low level.

You will need to put all this into 1 document.

Example; client orders - new business; CRM, see options via Middleware and products then activate platform - then provisioning.

High level is identify flux. Order management; CRM..see technical order management and feasibility (can we do this.)

Low level is look at data flows and batching. Not technology (not Java or other)but UML design is important - what order will the order work best.

YOU must be technical and functional.
