Organizational Development Specialist Job

ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in St. Louis, MO.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Oversees the overall organizational development pillar of the ACS project
- Actively collaborates with the ACS team, vendor partners and assigned stakeholders
- In partnership with the vendor partner, responsible for the administration of the work related to the organizational development work
- Communicates to key stakeholders regularly on project progress, timelines, details, etc.
- Co-leads the weekly team discussions related to the organizational development pillar of work
- May facilitate discussions of broader audiences and stakeholders outside of the immediate team

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

- Bachelor's Degree (Master's degree preferred) in Organizational Development, Training and Development, Human Resources or equivalent field required
- Demonstrated experience (7-10) years of working cross-functionally on large scale projects with significant organizational impact required
- Experience working in a high Matrix environment a plus
- Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency & organizational skills required
- ABILITY TO TRAVEL DOMESTICALLY & INTERNATIONALLY (20% - 25%)
