ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE MANAGER/PHARMA 50-60%
On behalf of our client a global well-known pharmaceutical company based in Basel area we are currently looking for an ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE MANAGER with previous experience in the pharmaceutical sector for a challenging contracting position until end of year.
In this role the OCM EXPERT will be responsible for following tasks:
- understanding IT AND business needs (someone with experience in large-scale data/content migration projects would be a bonus or someone who has experience with projects that have end-user impact)
- very good understanding of OCM in a large and truly global organization
- planning and bringing structure and focus into a decentralized environment
- taking the lead for defining and managing tasks
- tracking status of tasks and reporting them clearly to the program management
- managing people in a sub-team of OCM, communications and training specialists.
Our client is looking for a great team player and dynamic person with ideally first experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
FURTHER REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE ARE:
- Excellent OCM experience, ideally Prosci-Adkar certification
- Over 5 years Project Management experience
- Previous experience in the pharmaceuticals, familiarity with GxP standards
- Flexibility to work part time (50-60% workload)
- English fluent, any additional languages a plus
