ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE MANAGER - PACKAGING - ENGLISH - BASEL - SWITZERLAND
NextLink is having an existing position as an ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE MANAGER for global projects in Basel, Switzerland.
DESCRIPTION:
Provide Organizational Change Management support to the Packaging implementation by;
- Ensure consistent communication and change management for the overall program.
- Ensuring a successful start and ramp-up
- Providing OCM support for the further roll-out
- Support further Hub implementation pending.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:
- Define and maintain the OCM and communication approach and plan
- Ensure relevant communication is executed (eg Newsletters, Posts, Meet & Learn )
- Support Project Manager by Maintaining and expanding the existing Change Agent Network of stakeholder functions
-Regularly assess the adaptation of the organization to New Ways of Working with eg commitment curves, surveys, heat maps etc.
-Conduct Change Impact Assessments with functions and sites impacted (based on the future state planning model position paper)
- Support extension of Hub(s)
- Support hub project lead by:
- Driving stakeholder's engagement, ensuring that all support is given to ensure a successful start on time and further expansion of the hub, leveraging our OCM approach.
- Providing support to colleagues by coordinating communication and workshops with counterpart.
QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES):
Education
- University level, with degree in Science or Business
Experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead Organization Change Management and Communication for a complex project in an international setup.
- Knowledge of Pharma industry and Supply Chain a definite plus
- Packaging experience is a big plus
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies
- Highly developed, situationally appropriate written and oral communication skills.
- Able to ensure that our OCM plan meets the needs and adapt it to ensure maximum effectiveness.
- At ease in a Matrix organization and able to interact effectively with the different teams as well as management level.
- Proactive, Pragmatic and result oriented, able to jump on the task and deliver.
- Flexible to adapt to the changing needs of the projects along the journey.
