ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE MANAGER - GLOBAL PROJECT - MIGRATION PROJECT - GOOGLE SUITE - PHARMA - SWITZERLAND

Nextlink is having a existing position as Organizational Change Manager for global projects, for pharmaceutical company.

You will be supporting the Organizational Change Manager Lead on creating and implementing change communication for a migration of data platform project (within Google Drive, SharePoint and Touchpoint).

ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE MANAGER TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be designing communication plans and guidelines, create, manage global metrics and feedback mechanisms (incl. surveys) and develop communications materials as well support the organisation change management team within deadline.

ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE MANAGER TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in global projects as Organisation Change Manager
- Experience IT project (is a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working experience with Google suite and WebEx
- University degree in communications management
