Our client is a large and reputable market leading financial services organisation. They are looking for an experienced and driven Organisational Development Consultant to lead the delivery of culture strategy and process's across various functions within the business.
The successful candidate will likely have;
- A revelant OD qualification or equivalent
- Membership of the CIPD is desirable
- Strong knowledge of theory and good practice in organisational development
- Proven track record of successfully delivering OD projects
- Experience of senior stakeholder management
