My client is currently searching for a management consultant with background in organisational design to perform a benchmarking exercise, looking at the key measures for success in the organisation at the factory level.
The successful candidate will have worked in the Pharmaceutical/Medical Devices/FMCG sector previously and have a deep understanding of the business processes and operation/organisation design within manufacturing/SCM and QA. You should have experience of working in an FDA regulated environment. You will be expected to produce a report detailing where the client stands in the industry, is the delivery in line, what are the success measures required to be implemented.
