- FINANCIAL REGULATORY PROJECT
As the Organisational Change Manager you will be accountable for all business change management activities across a financial regulatory program.
AS THE CHANGE MANAGER YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Project based organisational change management experience in Banking and Finance - Must
- You will have worked in large enterprise financial services environment
- Experience in planning for, and conducting training sessions, impact analysis, managing stakeholders and developing communications
- Experience with different kinds of projects/systems/process in a complex end-user environment spanning multiple lines of business with varying requirements
- Experience working as a change manager on complex, financial regulatory programs.
