Organisational Change Manager

- Initial 6 month Contract
- North Sydney location but some travel around NSW
- Interviews next week!

A senior ORGANISATIONAL CHANGE MANAGER is needed as part of the program leadership group to manage the planning, monitoring and driving of the delivery of change management. Support the implementation of the projects and overlook all the strategy for the engagement and management of Change within the whole organisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Experience and background of change management principles and methodologies
- Provide expert advice on the state of business readiness, business uptake and business impact from an organisational change perspective
- Providing options for delivery using a range of change vehicles and provide expert guidance to the program board on the change on the journey required.
- Provide cultural change leadership to key stakeholders and partners

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE THE FOLLOWING:

- At least 10 years experience in change and organisational business transformation
- Ability to work effectively at all levels within the organisation and program schedule
- Strong problem solving, analytical and decision making abilities
- Provide cultural change leadership to key stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
