Organisation Design Lead

- Large government organisation
- Initial 6 month contract with view to extend

An exciting opportunity has become available for an ORGANISATION DESIGN LEAD to work on this large-scale Business Transformation program.

You will be responsible for providing organisation design expertise, defining functions and internal services to support the new operation structures.

Your background:

- Degree qualified or with minimum 10 + years in a similar role.
- Deep experience and demonstrated leadership of BUSINESS CHANGE AND TRANSFORMATION programs that met business objectives.
- Design of organisation models, structures, management systems, operating system and mindsets and behavioural change intervention programs.
- Demonstrated track record of adding value through organisation design specialisation on large transformational programs that build organisational capability.
- Significant senior management experience across multiple organisation structures and cultures, including government
