Organisation Design Consultant

My clients a leading Professional Services organisation based in the City ofLondoncurrently seek an Organisation Design Consultant 45 -60k. During this exciting time of growth and transformation across industry this organisation has created a number of new positions focussed on providing consultative services in regards to People and Change initiatives. Working on projects from large scale organisation wide restructuring, to more bespoke projects you will be pivotal in supporting senior leaders in identifying strategy, reviewing operating models through to redesign of departments. Key deliverables will include: - Working on/managing end to end organisation design programmes - Working as a part of multidisciplinary teams to scope and plan organisation design elements of projects - Conducting data reviews, holding interviews and workshop to map out organisations and facilitate strategy and development or organisational design options - Support the development and assessment of design tools and methods focussed on organisation strategy and goals for change, mapping out competency gaps. - Develop job descriptions for positions across an organisation. - Nurture close working relationships with clients understanding their needs - Key contributor in organisation design communication and engagement initiatives The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria: - Experience supporting/managing the end to end Organisation design process - Broader experience in Organisation design, Organisation Development or Organisation restructuring - Strong Change management, Project Management and Process redesign experience - Analytical approach yet strong communication and engagement skills - Experience in managing internal and external relationships, as well as small teams or direct reports - Workshop facilitation or delivery experience - Organisation design/change management tool experience: Goold and Campbell, Kotter and Argyris - Broad people change and operational experience in wider HR, Talent or Strategy. - Ideally experience working in a large organisation - Following qualifications advantageous NOT essential - ACA, CIMA or MBA Please forward on your CV ASAP for further information.
