Order Validation Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Completes any required paper or computer work to process activity on sales reps accounts.
- Handles all inbound and outbound calls as required.
- The Order Validation Rep is responsible for processing, proofing, and entering sales contracts in various systems within Operations.
- This position serves as cross-functional support for various teams requiring subject matter expertise in systems, processes, products, and business rules.
- This position requires individuals to have tremendous attention to detail and ability work efficiently in high pressure environment.
- Rep must be customer service oriented while upholding listing guidelines.
- Rep will be cross trained in multiple functions and must be ready to perform different tasks each day.
- Proofing and entering large volume of assigned sales contracts into various systems
- Ensure all submitted advertising campaigns adhere to Specs and Standards and product rules
- Courteously and professionally respond to Sales inquiries in a timely manner by phone, fax, and email within 1 business day or less
- Professionally articulate business rules, processes, and best practices to all stakeholders
- Due to the fast paced and evolving work environment, rep must continuously be up to date with all product rules, training sessions, and established best practices
- Due to the fast paced nature of the sales process, the rep must be in office and available to take inbound phone calls and emails throughout the work day
- Attend required meetings and training sessions
- Perform quality check of live advertising campaigns
- Perform administrative duties as requested by management

SKILLS:

MANDATORY SKILLS:

- 3 years of customer experience
- High School degree
- Ability to type 50 wpm or better
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with professional demeanor
- Must have flexible work schedule and adapts quickly to changes
- Works efficiently under strict deadlines and maintains professional attitude in stressful situations
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Excellent attendance and flexible work schedule is critical to the mission and success of this position.
- Reps may be required to work some holidays and weekends.
- Candidate must possess professional business communication skills as communication with Sales team and other stakeholders is key.
