Order Management Lead

Next Ventures is urgently looking for a order management lead. The consultant must have 2-4 years consulting experience.

Our Client is now looking for a consultant for one of their delivery areas within the division online sales and the service area Sales Online.

The consultant should have several years of experience working as a system responsible or similar. You are a leader and have long experience in leading teams both in situations with changes and towards clearly predefined goals. Experience of JIRA (issue tracking system) is an advantage

The assignment is full time and based at Borås with travel to Stockholm.

Language: English & Swedish speaking are mandatory

Work Task:
Overall responsible to plan, coordinate and follow up deliveries from the maintenance area
Ensure delivery to business
Ensure the cross-functional dependencies and the overall solution in cooperation with ISR
Lead the maintenance team with both developing and basic maintenance tasks
Plan and monitor budget, deliveries, resources and competence needs
Responsible for working methods and to identify improvement needs for increased quality
Report and inform the status internally and to the business
Participate in decision-making meetings, such as the steering group and prioritization meetings.
Frequently follow up budget for basic maintenance and technical improvements for the maintenance area
Work closely together with and report regularly to delivery area responsible (ISR)
Responsible for creating and follow up release plan for the maintenance area
Responsible creating and update the maintenance plan for the maintenance area
Create monthly reports and report to delivery area responsible (ISR)
Ensure that the maintenance area delivers high quality software
