Order Control Office Analyst

SUMMARY

- This position supports the provisioning of strategic services for BVOIP, and MIS/AVPN/Opt-E-Wan Ethernet services.
- This activity would include, but is not limited to processing ASR (Access Service Request), LSR (Local Service Request), CSR (Customer Service Request) and LNP (Local Number Portability) transactions and supporting functions in support of delivery of service.
- In depth knowledge of Ethernet provisioning and Local Number Portability to include, but is not limited to data services, POTS, TDM, Switched & Dedicated Ethernet is highly desirable.
- High paced, demanding, team environment.
- Daily management and completions of events due
- Ensuring accuracy of information provided and the ability to escalate for missing information or components
- Coordination with other business groups/teams
- Scheduling/tracking and monitoring of critical customer dates
- Proactive engagement and appropriate teams to ensure timely delivery of services
- Ability to identify and resolve critical issues which could impact delivery and service
- Occasional out-of-hours/overtime
