Oracle Utilities Billing Developer Job

OUB DEVELOPER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Charlotte, NC.

MUST BE CURRENTLY ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE US FOR ANY EMPLOYER.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS POSITION DOES NOT ALLOW FOR WORKING REMOTELY, AS SUCH THE INCUMBENT MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ONSITE IN CLIENT'S CHARLOTTE, NC LOCATION.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- OUB Development
- SQL
- Documentation

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- The project team will specifically be building new riders in OUB to facilitate calculations and output to bill determinants.
- Documenting defect status and resolution
- OUB Development
- Design documentation
- SQL Development

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Developer must have experience using Oracle Utilities Billing (OUB) or Lodestar.
- Developer must have strong SQL skills (required), experience writing OUB rules language (required) on interval data and have worked on two to three prior major project implementations of Lodestar or OUB.
- Prior experience with design documentation, development, defect fix for major project
- Local candidate

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience with the Utilities Industry would be a strong plus
- Experience documenting defect status and resolution in a standard Testing/QA tool.
