Oracle Trainer

E-learning - Oracle Trainer required by our public sector client in Chelmsford Essex.

Ideally you will have experience of Taleo/Oracle systems who will be required to a contribute to the design, development and delivery of TCS Training interventions for all releases including face to face and alternative methods such as webinars and video- bites in support of rollouts of new and upgraded corporate systems that will contribute to the successful development of user knowledge, confidence, adoption and best practice.

- Role and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development and implementation of high quality training solutions.
- Ensure that delegates are equipped with the right information and materials prior to attending training.
- Input onto the design of training assessment and evaluation methods
- Delivery of face to face (eg road shows, workshops, etc) and webinars, video-bites of training.

Skills required:

- IT Training qualification or equivielent.
- Experience in developing and delivering a blended range of IT education and training interventions including webinars for the Taleo/Oracle and UPK (User productivity kit.
- Demonstrable experience of IT Training evaluation metholodologies and impact assessment.
- Experience of Information Management, Governance and IT security and experience of translation policies and standards into learning materials.
