Oracle Service Delivery Manager

A leading IT Consultancy are urgently looking for an Oracle Project Manager to start on a 12 month renewable contract based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

You will be responsible for ensuring world-class service is provided by an Oracle ERP support team with the objective to support 20,000+ end users.

You must have completed at least 10 successful Oracle R12 full suite implementations.

Will be responsible for ensuring team processes are followed and Service Level Agreements are achieved. Identification and driving of improvements when opportunities become available to increase the value the support team provides is crucial and will be an ongoing challenge.
