My Client is looking for an Oracle Release Management (RLM) subject matter expert to troubleshoot issues with RLM and related Oracle applications.
The RLM Consultant will also work closely with the business user community to assist them using the application efficiently.
Primary duties include:
Work closely with business users to troubleshoot issues
Prioritise, analyse and resolve Service Request tickets
Create and manage Oracle Service Request Tickets with Oracle support
Analyse, design and configure changes to application configurations
Qualificationsspecifically Oracle RLM
BSBA in Supply Chain/Logistics or related field
Knowledgeable of RLM integration with other Oracle SCM applications
Knowledgeable of Oracle Applications Table Structure and Integration
Points
Knowledgeable of Oracle RLM Applications Functionality
Knowledgeable of Oracle RLM Applications Concurrent Processes
