CONTEXT: The jobholder will be expected to work.
Key AccountabilitiesAct as primary point of contact for Wipro and Oracle Retail Consulting(ORC) Project Managers and Project Team
Review and own Oracle Solution delivery plans for and manage Wipro and ORC to deliver against those plans to agreed scope, time and budget
Support the definition and review of Wipro Statements of Work
Support Wipro and Oracle to understand and manage cross workstream dependencies
Reporting delivery progress against key milestones to the programme.
Ensure that Wipro and ORC adhere to Primark, and Programme specific, standards (programme, architecture etc.).
Manage the change control process for the Oracle Solution Delivery and within that manage the Vanilla principle. Question, challenge and justify any business requirement necessitating an invasive change to the Oracle Retail package through the Design Authority and escalate through the Governance process according to programme guidelines.
Own and manage testing for the whole Programme (Integration, End to End - business & technical, UAT and Volume testing)
Production of weekly status reports.
Participation in programme reviews.
Timely Identification, resolution and escalation of risks and issues.
