THE COMPANY
Consol Partners are currently looking for Oracle R12 Financial and Manufacturing consultants for our client one of the biggest multinational corporations in the world.
THE ROLE
1) MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT:
Troubleshooting incidents/problems/operations
Support of month end closure
Handling of SR (cooperation with Oracle Support)
Document management (CF250, BR100, MD200 generation)
24x7 request for P0/P1 issues (stand-by)
SLA monitored: Resolve time & FTR
2) ENHANCEMENT REQUEST:
New functionality/new processes/new reports/new setup/personalization implementation up to 20 man days per each CHR
Document management (CF250, BR100, MD200 generation)
THE INDIVIDUAL
- R12 Experience is mandatory with minimum 2-3 Implementations/Support in Romania
- Earlier worked in support engagement is a value add.
- Responsible for gap analysis of functional flows, provide solution design, perform POC's and demo for the Gaps solution from standard solution sets as well customized solutions.
- Good functional experience who can independently solution business requirements and recommend industry best practices.
- Should be able to lead cross functional discussions to analyze the requirements and brainstorm the solutions.
- Must have experience in creating all the project deliverables like BR100, MD200s, CF250's.
- Must have very good oral and written communication skills in Romanian. Bit of English is a value add
- Experience in Interface and Reports design
- Nice to have experience in these customization: Lot split, Doubtful scrap, WIP Material reservation.
