Oracle Project Manager - Technical Architect - Oracle, Weblogic Fusion

We are looking for an Oracle expert in the Oracle stack - Oracle Project Manager or Oracle Technical Architect - Oracle Middleware, specifically Weblogic, Fusion and ESB, Enterprise Gateway, Enterprise Manager, SOA suite to work on highly prestigious site in Brussels.
You will need an excellent understanding of and experience in the Oracle product suite either as a current Oracle Technical Architect or as a previous Oracle Technical Architect and now working as an Oracle Project Manager.
The role itself will not be a hands-on role. Rather you will be responsible for managing and overseeing a very technical Oracle team. As such you must understand the technology and have a hands on background but will now be managing (or ready to manage) the team and overall architecture.
Good Project Management skills would be highly beneficial and in fact they would happily consider a Project Manager with a deep technical Oracle background.
In addition you must have proven experience with large-scale international projects as well as proven experience with distributed systems architecture.
The initial duration will be till June 2014 but the programme of work will run for three years so the contract will be extended.
In addition, any knowledge of infrastructure would be highly beneficial including:
- Tuxedo, MQ Series, Unix/Linux platforms, etc.
- Broad technology expertise (networking, security, operating systems application Servers, Java, XML, synchronous/asynchronous communication protocols, portal technology, SOA, Internet application design, etc.).
