Oracle HRMS/Payroll Functional Consultant

An experienced and skilled Oracle HRMS Payroll Functional Consultant (E-business R12/HRMS) is urgently required for a 3 month contract at Portsmouth City Council starting in January 2015.

There is a possibility that during the course of this contract the role may be advertised as a permanent post. Please state in any communication whether a permanent post would be of interest.

The successful candidate will have a experience and skills in the following:

- Developing and supporting HR and Payroll Solutions in R12.1.3
- You should have sound understanding of UK payroll including areas such as pension auto enrolment, RTI, year end, ideally you will have experience of Local Government and Local Government Pension Scheme and using Oracle multiple assignment functionality.
- Full HR and Payroll project life cycle experience.
- Experience of Oracle Multiple Organisation functionality
- HRMS development including Payroll fast formula and workflow
- Demonstrable track record of business consulting and project delivery across multiple projects and industries including UK public sector.
- Ability to articulate business and technical issues related to HR and Payroll.
- Producing clear documentation, designs and specifications
