Oracle HRMS

I am woking on my client requirements and they are looking for;

SENIOR ORACLE APPLICATIONS HRMS,

- Payroll functional consultant with public/non-Profit organization experience.
- Defining requirements and gathering information required for business processes analysis, application configuration and information security.
- Prepare and present different solution options to the business requirements.
- Prepare the functional deliverables like BP80, BR100, MD50.
- Perform functional testing and work with technical team for unit testing and system integration testing.
- Perform functional personalizations.
- Facilitate and co-ordinate between onsite business users and offshore development team.
- Providing support to the business users during the testing, roll out and parallel run process and handling any issues which may arise.
- Providing formal and informal coaching and training to the client.
- Good knowledge of Oracle and other leading ERP products and their capabilitiesvis a vis Oracle.
- Advanced functional expertise in Oracle ebiz product corresponding to thefunctional domain in consideration.
