Oracle HR Functional Consultant

Next Ventures are currently looking for an Oracle HR consultant to work on a long term project based in Switzerland.

The Successful candidates will have extensive experience in the following;

Senior Oracle Applications HRMS functional consultant with experience and knowledge of UN specific processes.

Knowledge HRMS, SSHR implementation and customizations like HR Plan, HR Action plan.

Knowledge of Taleo implementation and integration with E-business Suite (desirable)

Knowledge of Payroll (desirable)

Defining requirements and gathering information required for business processes analysis, application configuration and information security.

Prepare and present different solution options to the business requirements and get the concurrence from the business users.

Prepare the functional deliverables like BP80, BR100, MD50 (Using AIM and Configuration Snapshot documentation tools).

Perform functional testing and work with technical team for unit testing and system integration testing.

Perform functional personalization.

Facilitate and co-ordinate between onsite business users and offshore development team.

Providing support to the business users during the testing, roll out and parallel run process and handling any issues which may arise.

Providing formal and informal coaching and training to the client (project team, the client's trainers and end users of the system.
