Projektbeschreibung

WebCenter Administration Services

- Maintain and support all Oracle Universal Content Management system 10G, Oracle WebCenter Content, Oracle WebCenter Portal and WebLogic Server environments as requested by ILO
- Monitor the production environments and ensure the system is available, running and performing as expected.
- Maintain and update the Servers logs for failure incidents and ensure that every incident is analysed and documented and that root causes are addressed and resolved.
- Follow the standard procedures defined for refresh and cloning and ensure that service requests are planned to be delivered within the agreed time frame.
- Alert ILO of any unforeseen delays or problems in production environments or the underlying infrastructure.
- Maintain and provide user access as requested to the different environments.

3.1.1.1 Installing, patching, cloning and tuning

- Install, patch and configure UCM/WebCenter Content, Portal and Weblogic
- Install and support UCM/WebCenter Content extended components such as Desktop Integrator, Related Contents, Extranet Component, etc.
- Clone environments as needed including a weekly refresh of WCMS production to UAT and DEV instances
- Install and configure inbound refinery
- Performance tune as needed

3.1.1.2 Monitoring and Administering

- Monitor content server status and maintain the server log and ensure that root causes of failure are addressed and raised with Oracle Support
- Monitor and troubleshoot inbound refinery system
- Monitor and maintain WGET daily scripts. WGET is used to crawl the ILO public website on daily basis to create a static site that is used for failover. Consultant is expected to review the daily crawl logs and ensure that the errors reported are resolved
- Configure, support and monitor replication channels in production
- Deploy and launch batch-load sets in production (new sites)
- Maintain content server indexing cycle and ensure that the index is kept up to date
- Maintain production Servers logs that record server incidents and associated clarifications
- Administer and manage search engines
- Manage users access privileges
- Configure redirections and proxies of UCM/WebCenter Content and web application Servers

3.1.1.3 Migration and Release Management

- Migrate configurations (components, providers, metadata, templates, profile trigger, rules, fragments, Apache configuration) to test and production instances
-  Participates in IT Service Support and Delivery processes including: Incident, Problem, Configuration, Release and Change Management

3.1.1.4 General

- Document administration and operational tasks

3.1.2.1 Installing, patching, cloning and tuning

- Experience in installing Oracle UCM/WebCenter Content 10G & 11G content Servers, providing patch analysis and installation
- In-depth knowledge of the content server tuning techniques and WebCenter Portal and WebLogic Servers tuning techniques Apache configuration, redirections, etc.
- Install and support WebCenter Content extended components

3.1.2.2 Monitoring and Administering

- In-depth experience in administering UCM 10G WebCenter Content 11G, Oracle WebCenter Portal 11G and WebLogic Server 11G
- Knowledge of UCM archiver and replication
- In-depth knowledge of UCM/WebCenter Content architecture components and understanding of how they all work together
- Understanding the function and use of the different content Servers logs, how to tune the audit trail severity levels to help with troubleshooting
- In-depth knowledge of UCM/Webcenter Content inbound refinery
- In-depth knowledge of how users privileges are granted in UCM/WebCenter Content and prior versions
- In-depth knowledge of web server proxies and redirections configuration
- In-depth knowledge of UCM/WebCenter Content Desktop Integrator
- In-depth knowledge of how UCM/WebCenter Content indexer work and configured
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle TEXT concepts and indexing
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware architecture components and understanding of how they all work together
