Oracle Financials, FAH Developer

The Role

Working as part of an exciting Greenfield Development Programme the need has arisen for an Oracle Financials/FAH Developer to join the team on an interim basis.

Key Accountabilities

- Candidates will be responsible for assisting with the functional configuration of an Oracle R12 EBS financials environment to support FAH implementation.
- Will assist in the creation of project deliverable such as setup documents, functional and technical design documents.
- Creation of unit test scripts and Installation documents.
- May design, build, and test of SQL*Loader scripts, PL/SQL packages, SQL scripts, Shell Scripts, Java, AO Framework jsp, Oracle Forms, Oracle Forms Personalizations, Oracle Reports, XML/BI Publisher, Oracle Workflow, and Oracle Approvals Manager in support of Oracle EBS R12 implementations.

Skills & Experience

- Skills set: Oracle PL/SQL, Datapump, UNIX Shell Scripting. Knowledge of developing interfaces between 3rd party systems and EBS R12.1.3, ODI.
- Experience of code version control and code release management is desirable .
- Updating of technical designs based on changes to requirements and functional designs.
- Working alongside the FAH/GL lead developer and functional consultant to deliver interfaces from source systems to FAH and into GL.
- Development of customisations and extensions within EBS such as reports, reconciliations processes, workflow, interfaces to support the financial feeds from source systems.
- Experience working with Oracle ADI is desirable
- Must be comfortable explaining solutions and design in front of project team and solution architecture team.
- Hands on approach focussed on delivering to aggressive timelines. Takes responsibility for delivery of the solution all the way through the project life cycle from technical design through testing to large scale System Integrator test and into live support.
