ORACLE FINANCIAL FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT, CONTRACT, DUBLIN
Are you an Oracle Financials Functional Consultant looking for an opportunity to work in an exciting, fast paced new environment? Then Vantage Resources wants to hear from you.
We are looking for an experienced Functional Consultant who has a solid understanding of how Oracle EBS functions and who can work with and consult with our customers in terms of advising them and guiding them on the use of the application within their business.
Your experience should include a minimum of 5 years' experience working as a Functional Consultant.
The team currently provides onsite & remote support to our customers, across a wide range of Oracle technologies. Working with a team of Functional, Technical and DBAs, you will be responsible for the maintenance and support of our customers' eBusiness applications including new R12 implementations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Functional Lead for Consultants covering General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Payroll and Human Resources (HR).
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience as a Functional Lead
Experience as a lead with one or more of the following modules: Manufacturing, Inventory, Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Procurement.
A degree in Computer Science or other IT Degree.
Strong problem-solving, statistical and analytical skills.
Strong understanding of the underlying Oracle Financials architecture and business processes.
Strong business analytical skills and experience including understanding of client business requirements, interpretation and production of detailed specifications and documentation.
Excellent communication skills in dealing with end users and senior level management.
Functional Implementation experience of Project Costing/Billing would be an advantage.
