Oracle ERP Financial Analyst/Consultant

Immediate Contract Oracle ERP Financial Analyst/Consultant in Brussels.

My client, multinational organization based in Brussels is urgently looking for the following profile. This is an initial contract until the end of the year that will be renewed automatically.

Mission:

For a migration project from ERP ORACLE RELEASE 11.5.10.2 to SAP, you will responsible of the Oracle Interfaces developments (Focusing on Finance modules and Inventory) while ensuring local needs are met:

- Provide a good quality of development deliveries

Developer expert for FINANCE modules/Functionalities - Define and execute Functional and End to End test scenarios in the Oracle development environments
- Validate the Technical Design Document (TDD) provided by Oracle developers (Offshore India)
- Ensure the overall quality is consistent with company standards
- Drive discussions on the functional solution together with SAP Consultants to be implemented
- Report, document and follow-up issues in agreement with ERP Project manager and SAP Program manager
- Write Detailed Functional specifications (DFS) related to the needed interfaces (Oracle - SAP)
- Report project progress to the Program Manager and ERP Project Manager
- Execute deliverables in line with project planning

We are looking for an EXPERIENCED AND HANDS ON ORACLE ERP FINANCIAL ANALYST/CONSULTANT

- 5/7 years on Oracle eBusiness Suites Financial Modules

(Account Receivables, Account Payables, Fixed Asset, Cash Management, General Ledger, Purchasing)
(min. 5 years) - Experience as an Oracle ERP developer consultant role for Inventory module is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of processes such as OTC (Order to Cash) or P2P (Procure to Pay) processes
- Fluency in English and French or Dutch
- With proven working experiences in large organization, preferably with interactions with Offshore (India)
- Being able to deliver developments/Unit testing based on requirements received from Functional analysts
- Being able to correctly estimate the design/Testing parts based on Business requirements
- Team Spirit, hard-working and highly motivated
- Analytical thinking ability, Reliability, Good Communication Skills
-Extensive Programming experience in Oracle 11g, SQL queries, SQL Loader, PL/SQL and XML.
- Familiar with Tools such as TOAD or SQL developer for SQL queries
- Expertise in Data Conversion and Interface development
- Strong analytical, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills and ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Experience in environments requiring different project phases: design, development, Implementation and documentation.
- Flexible during each project life cycle (Design - Build -Test - Go-Live)
- Ability to listen/comprehend.
- Drive for result and respect of deadlines
- Ability to plan, organize and solve functional problems.
