ORACLE EBS/PROCUREMENT/PURCHASING FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT

ROLE: Oracle EBS Purchasing functional consultant

LOCATION: Paris, France

JOB TYPE: Contract

CONTRACT DURATION: 6 months

LANGUAGE: French and English

SKILLS

- 8-10 years of total experience in Oracle 11i
- At least 3 full cycle implementation on Procurement module
- Adept at determining requirements by interviewing client personnel, reviewing documentation, facilitating working sessions and gap analysis
- In depth understanding of procurement workflows and interfaces
- Adept at creating business process models based on the requirements
- Basic understanding of inventory modules
- Prior experience in customer facing role is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of SQL is highly preferred.
- Expert in French language
- Should be able to communicate in French and English.

DETAILS OF SCOPE AND ACTIVITIES

The functional lead should be able to

- Conduct Conference Room Pilots (workshops) to details the requirements/Gap Analysis to facilitate Functional design
- Define the AS - IS Process in the Oracle SP Tool with the business SME
- Develop training material so that the change to the Oracle SP Procurement is managed.
- Deliver 2 to 4 training sessions to Key users
- Report to Project lead at onsite
- Co-ordinate with Technical team that would be based in India.
- Able to conduct the sessions in French/Training delivery in French
- All other deliverables and communications would be in English.
