Oracle eBS Data Migration Manager

We are looking to engage a Contract Data Migration Manager, ideally with Oracle eBS, to manage the design, development, transformation and load of the identified Data sets to be migrated as part of this process. The Data Migration manager will be responsible to manage the end to end Data Migration of objects across multiple steams, multiple sources and multiple destination systems. This will involve significant interaction and the day to day management of a number of key business and projects groups, Business users, IT resources, ETL specialists and Oracle eBS Resources.

The Data Migration manager will develop plans to cover all aspects of the Data Migration, with responsibility for the functional and technical specifications of the data conversion, managing the preparation, extraction and transformation of the required data as well as supporting the data migrations aspects of the functional and test plans. Our customer is planning a number of trial migrations prior to the new production system

The Successful resource will be the business owner for the duration of the Data Migration project and will be responsible for reporting on a weekly basis as well as managing and escalating identified risks to the project. You will have at least 3 years' experience as a Project/Data Migration manager with strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills as well as in depth knowledge managing Oracle eBS implementations and migrations.
