DESCRIPTION:

- Completes high quality, well-designed systems and processes that make appropriate use of technology
- Understands existing business process requirements and makes recommendations for new technology adoption where appropriate
- Ensures that personally completed code entering production is sound and developed following standards
- Develops personal plans and milestones appropriate for completion of all work assignments.
- Updates and communicate project status to management and colleagues

SKILLS:

- Computer Science or Business degree or equivalent working experience
- Should have familiarity and hands-on experience with Oracle Development
- Must be able to work effectively with Business Analysts and Project Managers for assigned tasks and deliverable timelines
- 5 - 7 years experience in the Information Technology industry with a minimum of 2 years experience specifically programming as an Oracle Developer (Data Modeling, Oracle Programming, Stored Procedures)
- Good knowledge of information systems theories, concepts, methods, and techniques
- A sound knowledge of current computer programming methodologies and standards, process engineering approaches, and data management practices
- Experience with the full project life cycle from conception to implementation and support
- Familiarity with design/development with .NET, C#, jQuery
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must have good communication skills.
- Candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
